Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive in Nepal and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Prepare for Tibet visa and sightseeing in Kathmandu valley with tour guide.
Day 03: Kathmandu (1,300 m) - Zhangmu (2,500 m) - Nayalam (3,700 m): 123 km /156 km
